Vip Destek is a three-layer digital platform that brings together users and service providers in real time for both emergency and planned automotive needs. Through the user mobile application, nearby auto services, towing, auto ambulance, and locksmith providers can be viewed on a live map, filtered, and contacted directly for price offers. The partner application allows service providers to manage availability, share live location, and respond instantly to incoming requests. The web-based admin panel enables centralized management of users, partners, transactions, and operational workflows. Vip Destek is built with a highly scalable infrastructure designed to serve millions of users.
